PEPWAVE SURF on the GO and 340U AirCard

I’m trying to use my surf on the go with an AT&T 340U Beam air card but the router doesn’t recognize it. I contacted tech support and they doesn’t help me. Any idea?

This is a known issue with the AT&T Beam. The beams firmware has been recently changed by AT&T and in doing so it has become incompatible with the SOTG. We are currently working on a fix for this.

Is there any ETA on when this will be released? There seems to be quite a few of us waiting for it. I can’t use my modem until it’s released.

I do not have a ETA at this moment. If one of the Engineers can comment on this post. Otherwise if it is critical I would use one of AT&Ts other modems that is supported by us such as: AT&T USBConnect Momentum 4G

AT&T 340U support on SOTG is available.

Is this support included in the latest 6.2 RC1 firmware? I am having issues.

Yes, 6.2 RC1 firmware supports 340U modem.
If not, please submit a support ticket and we will take a closer look.
