Hello, I ordered a new Pepware MAX BR1 Mini from 3gstore.com. I unboxed the unit and powered it on. I activated a Verizon SIM and inserted it into the device. The sim was recognized but seemed to lose the recognition on a loop, it would see it one second and not the other. I tried both slots, updated firmware to 7.1.1, did a reset, nothing worked. I called the seller and we worked through trying manual settings and it did not work. I brought the unit home and inserted my activated and known good working SIM from my iPhone and had the same problem. The MEID, ESN, phone number, IMEI, all are recognized by the device but it will not use the band. I have ordered a new SIM but this can’t be the problem after testing my known good working SIM. Any ideas? I’m thinking I have a defective unit. Before anyone asks, acceptable signal (phones work), both cellular antennas connected. Thanks!
