Trying to update a Max BR1 Mini (HW1) over cellular WAN on a private network with no access to public internet, using the Manual Update button and files downloaded to my local machine. The BR1 Mini has 8.2.0 on it and only tries to load the 8.3.0 file for about 15 seconds before giving me “Error 0: error” (completely unhelpful message), and then no longer continues to load the new firmware. The BR1 Mini also has an older firmware 8.0.2 on it which I rolled back to at one point hoping for different results, but still get the same error message. I have tried going from 8.0.2 to 8.1.1 with the idea I would get to 8.3.0 in multiple steps, but I get the same error message, but it takes longer to get the error message.
I was finally able to update the device locally by plugging into the LAN.
