pepwave Max br1 IPsec problem

Dear support

I have setup a IPsec between MY Max br1 (192.168.0.254) and Peplink 1350 (192.168.1.254). and the Tunnel is connected.
But I am wounder why then I go to the Max br1 or Peplink 1350-> system-> ping from Max br1 router to 192.168.1.254 ,it no any response?
I have clicked Ping by LAN/Pepvpn but still cannot. is it normal?

Can you ping from a LAN device?
And why would you use IPSEC between a pair of Peplink devices? PepVPN/SpeedFusion would be much better.

because the br1. only can create speedfusio x2 tunnel, so I must use ipsec to setup 3rd tunnel

Personally I would change my topology or by the 5 peer license (PVN-LC-05) rather than mess with IPSEC - life’s too short :wink:

Did you find out if LAN devices can ping over the IPSEC tunnel?

tested, I can ping from lan device

Then it does indeed sound like a UI bug, Lets ask @TK_Liew if he would mind logging that for review by engineering.
