Would you able to provide more info for this ? What do you mean by “still not working” ? Would you able to share your configuration screenshots and WAN status screenshots here ?

speedfusion keep saying starting and never start.

Hi @Samer,

Can you confirm that both / all Network LAN IP addresses are different? For instance, if the Balance 210 has a LAN network 192.168.50.0/24 then the MAX BR1 can’t have the same network settings.

Thanks,

Steve

Balance IP: 192.168.1.1

MAX BR1 IP:192.168.50.1

Hi @samer

Can you “Ping” the external IP address of the Balance from the BR1?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi @samer,

That would suggest to me that there is something (perhaps a firewall) in front of your Balance device preventing the connection from being established.

SpeedFusion uses TCP port 32015 and UDP port 4500 for establishing the connections by default.

If so, this post may be helpful to you > Link <

Thanks,

Steve

Hi @Steve.Taylor,

I tried different ports and even called my ISP and asked about if there are any closed ports or a firewall and they sad there are no closed ports or firewall.

Just to be sure can i send BR1 and Balance 210 configuration.

Thanks,

Samer
