The licence key PVN-LC-05 states that:
Enables up to 5 PepVPN connections for VES (B20/30, One, SOHO MK3) and BR1 series.

Can anyone please give me a pointer on how to install this licence key onto Balance 20?

This is what I have found on Balance 20:
System → Feature Add-ons → Activation Key

Paste the license into the feature addons form in the UI and hit the button. License is then applied.

Thanks very much. I’ve never bought the licence before. Just want to make sure.
