PepVPN issues between Balance One devices running 6.3.0 build 2189; shows Established but can't access admin page

I have two Balance Ones running 6.3.0 build 2189.

There is a PepVPN tunnel connecting them. It shows established on site A.

On site B, I’m unable to access the configuration page consistently. When I am able to, it is only for a brief period of time. Then the configuration page becomes unresponsive again.

Anyone experience this? I rebooted site B as that is just a one user site, but site A is running a small office and VoIP. Do not want to restart except as last resort.

Anyone else having this issue?
