Peplink upgrade from max hd2 to br2 pro issues

Hello everyone recently installed starlink on a peplink max hd2 in bypass mode and then a few days later replaced max hd 2 with br2 pro…

Since that time having major network issues including

  1. Wifi printing issues
  2. Wifi scanning issue
  3. Wifi dropping out on devices
  4. Wired sonos devices loosing connection
  5. Wifi users getting privacy notices.
  6. Wired security cameras popping on and offline.

I am trying to see if starlink could be causing this or if its the br2 pro…

I have the crew disabling starlink for 24 hours to see if anything changes and i am also opening tickets with peplink…

Since both changes were made within a few days its hard to isolate the cause…

Any advice is appreciated also willing to pay a network expert to do some troubleshooting with me… if anyone knows anyone…

Hi Lee,
This sounds like a BR2 config issue.

When we see WIFI related issues like this - the first thing I think is incompatibility between WPA2 and WPA3 across the end user devices.

How are the SSIDs configured at the moment? Can you share screen grabs (blur out SSID / Passwords).

Do you have seperate SSIDs for crew , guests, owner and devices?
