Very simply put this is a Wireless Access Point (WAP).
Pepwave WAPs can be run in either of these three different ways:
- Standalone WAP
- Managed by locally based WAP Controller (such as a Peplink Balance router)
- Managed by remote based WAP Controller (such as Peplink’s InControl2)
