Peplink Id problem

Anyway to merge peplink ids? I was using a different email for InControl than I was for the forums. I migrated my InControl to Peplink ID but it’s now giving me a new profile on the forums.

I created a Peplink ID for my email on the forums but that ID has no InControl profile.

Anyway to reconcile this or I need support to intervene?

Suppose you just need to add the forum user ID to allow access to IC2 Org/group access, then you should have no issue to access both system.
