as the title says:
Peplink BR1 Pro 5G Solid Red Status Light and both WAN lights are orange and the Device is unresponsive.
unfortunately, I was told I was out of warranty so I am looking for someone that may have been able to rectify this issue.
The first and last thing I did with this unit was open the box, program the unit to ATT, and update the firmware.
After everything was confirmed to be completed, and tested again that it was working out it was back in the original box and was waiting for a client to purchase. Over the time im guessing no one picked this box up., and now i was going to deploy tested the uinit and its DED. ’
Submitted a ticket but was denied due to it being out of warranty,
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I saw that the typical process is to replace but hoping for something other than a 1000$ paperweight
