I just bought a new balanced 20 but I cannot connect to it. I have tried resetting it and checked the power cable but the unit just flashes green on the power status and the green light flashes on the WAN 2 but I cannot connect. Any ideas if thios is fix able or did I get a bad unit?

I am seeing the same thing right now on a new Balance 20. I was able to configure the device yesterday although it kept randomly dropping the WAN connection. Today, all I have is a flashing power and WAN2.
