Is there an alternate way of performing a factory reset w/o the lcd function? maybe like a combination of buttons being pressed etc? thx.

Unfortunately my lcd is just showing a black line across the screen, is there an alternate way to reset to factory settings?

Hi @jdepena,

Yes, if you are able to login to the device, via LAN, WAN or via InControl, you can go to the System Tab and select Configuration. There is a button here to restore to factory settings -

@jdepena You should open a support ticket to allow support team to check on the device. This may related to hardware issue.
