Peplink Balance LTE 30 going unresponsive 2-3 times aday

Hello,

I had been using this peplink for 6 months and this week I started to experience some issues, first, i cant access the admin panel and after 10-15 min it freezes the internet goes down and the only way to get it back online is by unplugging the power. I tried to unplug the lan and wan but that does not help.

I tried to upgrade the firmware, reset to factory defaults and importing the configuration, I modified the wan port speed and disabled the lte connection.

I have a new peplink balance 20, but that one does not take the configuration from the balance 30. Can somebody help me to convert that file?

I am really running out of options here. This router is failing when we need it the most for our business.

how many users / devices are on the network?
What is the speed of the internet link(s)

the config files can’t be downgraded so you will need to copy the settings over manually.

I have a fiber connection with spectrum 40 x 40

The amount of clients is not relevant, we have 42 clients but I unplugged 1 switch and did a lot of things and with just 10 clients the problem persisted.

I had to copy all the settings by hand and replace the Balance 30 LTE for a Balance 20. So it is not a hardware issue.
