I am currently using an ASUS rtn18u (Flashed with DDWRT) as a Wireless Repeater-Bridge and is working fine. My issue is that whenever clients connect to the network through the Asus Repeater-Bridge, it will be assigned with a new IP address and those units gets auto-registered (maybe because the repeater is listed?) under the Balance 380 LAN list which sometimes would cause an issue if it’s using a reserved IP address for someone else… The other problem is that once those clients are connected, the bandwidth control doesn’t seem to work on those devices as well. Has anyone tried this method? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
