Firmware for Peplink Balance 380 HW5 ?
Can we upgrade the same with Firmware 7.0 ?

The Balance 380 HW Ver 5 can only be updated to Version 6.3.3, it does not have the internal technical requirements to handle the latest firmware (processing & storage). You can see the list of compatible models at https://www.peplink.com/support/downloads
