Peplink Balance 380 - "Already Added" message on InControl2 when register the device

Hi,

I am trying to add my Balance 380 to my InControl account to obtain the License Key in order to upgrade to 6.x
When I try to add my device by I get a message saying “Failed” “Already Added”. Is it possible to get that reset to use with my account?
