i have a question about to upgrade the balance 30 firmware, from 5.3.12 build 1303, Hw revision 2 upgrade to latest firmware 7.1.0, however system showing invalid firmware image, any idea on this?
What is the firmware upgrade path that you are using ? Upgrade direct from 5.3.12 to 7.1.0 ?

5.3.12 → 5.4.9 → 7.1.0

Please ensure you upgrade to Firmware release 5.4.9 before 7.1.0 as per @sitloongs post or you may run into all sorts of issues.
