Peplink Balance 30 LTE Disconnected

Hi There,

We have a Balance 30LTE. The device seems to work fine most of the time, but from time to time, it seems to stop responding and cannot be contacted at all. Rebooting (power cycle) brings it back online and it will function normally for days. Previously, this was happening every day but we upgraded to firmware version 6.3.1 build 3138 and it not happens less regularly. The event log also constantly reports that there is no cable detected in the WAN port which we have tried to address both by using a new cable and by connecting it to a different WAN device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
