We have a Balance 20, that has a flashing red light. I have tried to reset using the reset button but to no avail. Any suggestions would be welcome.

If the status light is staying red and you’ve tried a factory reset, validated the supplied power source is being used, and tried an outlet on another breaker, I would advise opening a ticket with us as it sounds like the unit my no longer be working.
Please let us know that if you’ve tried the above when opening the ticket. The agent that receives the ticket may have something else they would like you to try but they will be able to help in figuring out the next steps. You can open a ticket here.
