We have a Balance 20, that has a flashing red light. I have tried to reset using the reset button but to no avail. Any suggestions would be welcome.
If the status light is staying red and you’ve tried a factory reset, validated the supplied power source is being used, and tried an outlet on another breaker, I would advise opening a ticket with us as it sounds like the unit my no longer be working.
