Peplink and Juniper SRX

Hi
we have server chat with private address 172.20.0.30 Accessible from outside with public Ip adresse on port 4443 and 4433 we done this NAT on our firewall juniper srx, what is the right config to deploye peplink on mode drop-in on this environment (without breaking access to server from outside).
Thanks

Drop-in mode deployment is ideal for this scenario as the SRX continues to use its existing public IP address and default gateway IP. You can click here to view a knowledgebase for configuration details.

hi ron-case i’d like to know if i should configure inbound and outbound policy on peplink to keep access to server from outside

Typically the SRX would do firewall rules and the Peplink by default allows inbound traffic so no configuration for inbound access should be needed.

thank you Ron i have 2 ISP (2 wan configured on peplink ) my server is nated on wan 1 so accesible via ISP 1 what config should i do to be accesible via ISP 2 too for redundancy (not lose accesse if the state of ISP 1 is down )

Outbound policy rules to control outbound traffic and configure inbound services or a NAT mapping from the ISP 2 WAN to your drop-in mode WAN for inbound redundancy.

Hi Ron_Case i have done the config proply and every thinks is okey i have one problem which is when a turn off my wan 1 to test HA i dont be able to access to my server from wan2 i need help

Inbound access from WAN 2 requires inbound NAT mapping or inbound service configuration to the public IP associated with your server on WAN 1.
