My peplink 310 has the status LED blinking red. I tried factory reset button that seems to do nothing. The green power LED is lit while the status light stays off, and finally starts to flash red and the router does not respond. Is there another way I can reset the router?
Hi Rafael,
for a factory reset you have to press the reset butten for at least 20 seconds.
If this doesn’t help, I think you have to open a support ticket.
