Security scans should be performed directly on the WAN port. The Web Admin is default only available from LAN side. If you scanned on WAN port, please check the setting under System - Admin Security.

Thank you for reply, i reset router and rescan this option may have changed after reset and now passed with zero issues on the scan. Can this option be set via IC2?

Under the Device System Management settings, activate the Web Admin Management and the Web Admin Access options will be available.
