OSPF/RIP Routing

Hi I have in my branchlab Pepwave MAX HD4 (8.3.0 build 5514) and im trying to set routing between cisco and this peplink .
I tried static routing - it works well, but OSPF and RIP didnt work.
Im trying to set this protocols to my cisco router - so can anyone tell me it it is possible to set:

  1. OSPF/RIPv2 between Pepwave and cisco RTR?
  2. GRE over IPSEC between Pepwave and cisco RTR?
    Both of this two works well between cisco rtrs.
