Openvpn from Balance to speedfusion networks

Hello,
we have a Peplink Balance and about 20 PepWave, all connect with using Speedfusion.
The Balance is the concentrator for all the speedfusion connections.

We use OpenVpn for remote connection to the Balance, but with the standard configuration, we can reach only the Balance LAN Network, but NOT the network under the Pep Wave.

Is it possible for the openvpn user to reach also the networks of the Pepwave connected with the speedfusion links to the Balance?
