I am experiencing a strange behaviour with Group Bandwidth Reservations. I contacted Peplink, but it seems that they cannot find the issue, so I wanted to know If I am the only one having this problem or if this is a more common thing:
I have a 5Gbit/s symmetric Fiber Line Connected to WAN1.
All Traffic is going out through this WAN Connection (Outbound Policy).
On the LAN-Side I configured 3 (2 Tagged) VLANs and seperated them on a Switch
For testing purposes only my test client is connected to this Switch.
Testing Results:
If No Group Bandwidth Reservation is active I get 5Gbit Up and Down
If I enable Group Bandwidth Reservation with 50% on my Clients Usergroup I only get like 2Gbit Down but 4Gbit Up
I normally would expect to get the fully 5Gbit, because its a Reservation (and no Limit) and I am the only Client in the network.
