Notifications on master/slave transition

Hi,

Surprisingly I dont find the option to add notifications when a master hands over to slave and backwards.

Could this be added on earth and on ICA ? Seems pretty much standard…

Thanks for your suggestion. We will add HA transition notifications to future IC2 and ICA releases.
