Not receiving online email alerts after going offline

On a few of my devices, after a device goes offline because of some kind of failure with the cell signal, and then coming back online, I’m not receiving online email alerts. I do still get the offline email alerts, but not email saying the device is back on causing a bit of a panic.

Is there a way to make sure I receive the online email?

we need more details to determine if your problem is related with Peplink system or third party components.
I suggest you to create a ticket, write info about your setup, include device serial number and FW version.
