Not able to get the Pep Vpn to start up

We have 4 Max HD 4 routers running
The problem is, we are not able to get up the Pep vpn over Vsat
On GSM its working fine
The sat provider is cleaming there is nothing that will block the port we need to get the vpn up
How can i test this?

I suggest getting help from your purchasing point (local Peplink partner) to do the problem isolation. This could be related to the settings, WAN connection, ISP, or etc.
