Have been using a UBR LTE for about a year running dual sims. Has worked great the whole time. Last month or so, I’ve been unable to get any internet connection from it. The dashboard and everything says it’s connected and should be working. Event Log shows nothing wrong, other than a time sync error has started popping up going between sync failed and success maybe a few times a week.
I flashed it with the newest firmware of 8.2.1 and that seemed to make it work fine for the time I was working on it. Noticed again I’m not getting internet connection on devices now.
When I reboot it, it does provide internet for about 2 minutes then goes back out. This at least makes me think the hardware is all functioning.
Both the T-Mobile and Verizon sims give the same issue.
Using the ping tool in the web admin, I can successfully get pings to webpages. Not sure what’s going on at all with this unit.
Please open a support ticket to allow support team to check on the issue. You are mentioned it’s working more than 1 years and the issue just recently happen and I suppose it should not related to the configuration. This can be related to the service changes for the carrier end or other influences that we may need to check from the device to confirm the issue.
