No internet on other ip addresses gives by peplink

Hi we this balance 580 way back then my subnet is 192.168.0.1/24 which can gives until 254 host but then since i have more that 254 users i adjusted my subnet to /23 which makes my DHCP range into 192.168.0.1-192.168.1.254 / 23 that makes it 510 host right? since balance 580 can go more than 500 users right? my question is there is no problem on my 192.168.0.x IP range but when it reaches to my 192.168.1.x IP range it gives my clients an IP but then there is no internet on the range of 192.168.1.x can you please recommend me some remedy regarding this? i hope someone can give idea on this here in peplink community thanks a lot.

Please provide screenshots of ipconfig/all (if client are using Windows PC) of both clients who grab IP 192.168.0.x and 192.168.1.x.

Please provide trace route result from client 192.168.1.x to 8.8.8.8.

Thanks for the info from client 192.168.0.x.

As mentioned here, Please provide ipconfig/all and traceroute result for client who grabbed IP 192.168.1.x as well.

unfortunately its a resort for that case end users much use android phones and IOS which i cant do the ipconfig/all and traceroute is there any way around?
