I very briefly got my Verizon Pre-Paid data plan to work but I have not subsequently and I’ve also tried several t-mobile business data plans with no luck. It will see a tower but just sit there and say ”connecting…”. I’ve tried several reboots, factory resets, and I’ve upgraded the firmware all the way to 8.3.0. Any thoughts?
First step would be to manually enter the correct APNs. Does that help?
I’ve tried every APN possible. I’ve set it to only use the LTE Bands available…. Starting to think the device is defective.
If you are using the APN specified by the carrier, have bands set to “auto” and it still does not work it may be time to consult with the Partner from whom you purchased the device.
I have a Max BR1 pro 5g and had the same problem with T-Mobile my dealer updated the firmware to 8.2.1s104 build 5077 and it corrected the problem. Hope this helps
