New user B One cannot connect to the internet

I just got my b one router started setting up but cannot connect to the internet. I am currently connected by ethernet. Any help will be appreciated.

Look at the dashboard… first screen, when you access your device, after login.

Look at the WAN settings…
What you have?
Did you connect your B-ONE at you ISP provider?

Sample…

Wan connection status say WAN 1 connected 192.168.1.78

okay…

You need to go at
Dashboard > Network > LAN > IP Address… change the LAN for other network range… cannot be the same of WAN…
by default Peplink it is 192.168.1.1 / 24 ( 255.255.255.0 )
change to other network ip… sample

Don’t forget to change the dhcp range… start and end…
save and aplly…
Disconnect your PC and connect it again… you will get the new network ip.

To be sure… that you WAN have an access to internet…
you can do a ping from the peplink.
Go to
Dashboard > system > Tools > ping
select “connection” your wan
destination… you can select google dns server 8.8.8.8
hit start.

you connected the peplink wan at your isp router device?
The device wan?
It is dhcp?
PPPoE?
Static IP?

Connected by dhcp …

when you connect you PC to the same isp router?
you get a network ip 192.168.1.x and can ping google dns (8.8.8.8)?
