Netflow on BR1 and Balance Two

Hello,

I have configured a Balance Two and a Max BR1 for Netflow monitoring using PRTG, but I cannot seem to get either unit to output anything. The tests have been done over two separate networks and results are the same in both networks. Screen shots from one setup only:

Windows Firewall has Port 2055 open in both directions.

I cannot see any traffic when I use the Paessler Netflow Traffic tool, but I can when I use the Network Traffic Tool and the Netflow Generator.

I have this same problem on two different networks, so am a bit stumped… Any ideas?
