Need assitance on a B-ONE-T-PRM

I would like to request a support to gain a better understanding of how to configure the BGP and static routes provided by our carrier. This is in preparation for an installation scheduled for tomorrow at 5 AM EDT.

Given the urgency of the matter, I would appreciate it if we could arrange a meeting as soon as possible to ensure a smooth installation process.

Hi. This would be a great time to seek counsel of the Peplink Partner or Peplink Certified Engineer from whom you acquired the equipment. Peplink’s policy is that the selling Partner provide first level support. (We do – as do most other Partners. Some are super-excellent at this.) If you purchased your equipment used or from a “no-support” retail organization e.g., Amazon, well, best of luck. If the latter is the case you may wish to submit a ticket.
