I just checked and saw that their was no beta firmware currently available and since I am on 8.0.1 I decided to access the support page to see if the option was available on my balance 20 and its not. Will this become available on the Balance 20 and the Balance 30?

I do see that its available in my Balance Once Core

@VoIPRoute, Balance 20/30 doesn’t have this feature at the moment due to some limitations. We have filed this and hopefully it is available in the future firmware release.

Thanks for the response and I will be anxiously looking for this to be released for the Balance 20/30

I see that 8.0.2 B1 has been released but no mention of this feature
