I’m a Peplink Certified Engineer working in Mexico with Peplink.
From your diagram I think you want to connect to the medidor colector at 192.168.1.2 that is being nated as 172.xx.xx.xx from server 10.x.x.x, right?
These is an easy task, What kind of Peplink are u using? BR1?
Just add the port service on the peplink and forward that port to the lan that you wan to forward.
