My devices are showing as offline on InControl, how do I get them back online?

Actually the devices themselves are most likely online and routing traffic like normal but without an active warranty or InControl subscription you will not be able to monitor or manage them.

You can always reach out to the reseller you purchased the devices from and they will be happy to help you with the renewals but if you are in a hurry you can just head over to our online store where we have both a one-year and two-year InControl subscription option available:

Please note that the subscriptions are per device so if you have 7 devices you would need 7 subscriptions.

After you get through the checkout process you will notice that the devices will automatically update and you will see them as back online on InControl usually within 15 minutes.
