Hi all, I’m using a new T-Mobile SIM in a MAX BR2 Pro and I’m not seeing any “bars” for it even though it’s working fine. I believe this is a graphical representation of the RSRQ Signal Quality. When I look in InControl, this information is missing. Instead, there is an “information” icon that has help text that reads “The device is unable to retrieve the signal information for this band.” First, is this a problem? Second, how do I fix it (if I can)? Thanks!
