Hi I have 4 SIM cards in slot A. The 1 and 2 spot get 4g and 3 g. The 3 and 4 never connect. So far they just don’t get a IP address?? What do you think

Which Pepwave MAX are you using?
The Pepwave MAX HD4?
If you’re using the Pepwave MAX HD4, it could be numerous things.
Please make sure you’ve connected the right antennas to it’s cellular antenna connectors, I’ve seen a lot of people connect their WiFi antennas to the cellular antenna connectors.
It could be that your SIM-card settings are wrong, such as the APN, login and password, if any.
It could also be that the coverage at your location is not good enough.
There could be a couple of other things going on, but we will need additional information to troubleshoot.
Thanks for response. So it’s the Max HD 4 6D57. I will take a little oil at what you said. Also I will try another set of 4 cards from the Bahamas cell company. Do that this morning and go from there
