The “us-t” designation is for LTE / CAT4
The SKU you mention “max-tst-duo-us-t” is no longer supplied, you will need to select the MAX-TST-DUO-LTEA-W-T - CAT6 or MAX-TST-DUO-LTEA-R-T - CAT12 (US/FirstNet) version.
