Max Transit Duo Single Device Can't Reach Internet

This happens with more than one device but only one device at a time as far as I can tell. I will be streaming YouTube on a Samsung 8 series TV or connected to work via VPN on my laptop and I randomly loose connectivity to the internet. I am still connected to the Wifi AP, just can’t get out to the world. While this is happening all other devices on the network are accessing the internet just fine.

The device needs to be disconnected from the Wifi and reconnected to regain access to the internet. I don’t see anything unusual in the logs. Running off a single AT&T 4g SIM with full bars and @ 30 up/down. Any insight someone could provide would be greatly appreciated!!
