both SIMs on my max transit duo are stuck initializing - one is verizon and the other is att. . I’ve no it used them in a couple of months but I have confirmed there are no account issues. I tried rebooting the router but same result. I saw another post that someone from pep wave logged into a router that had similar issues and got it working again but I need help.
Try to go under the cell wan ? and do a cellular module reset.
By reset cell wan, Do you mean do a hard reset of the router by inserting a pin into the front? My current settings just worked a couple months ago and I will lose everything by doing this so I want to be sure I’m doing the right thing… Thank you
No it’s a software cellular modem reboot, no settings lost.
Login to your router.
Go to the network tab → wan
click on one of the cellular wans.
go to the second ?
Click here (under the if you want to reset the cellular module section)
Power cycle the device, or try 8.2.1 or 8.3 RC2 (beta) firmware?
I upgraded the firmware to 821 and power cycled. same issue.
It feels like the device isn’t seeing the modules.
