We have a MAX Transit Duo and one of the modems has stopped working. Peplink was kind enought to take look at it and has determined that it is no longer stable and is potentially a hardware problem.
Is it possible to replace the modem only as the rest of the device including the second modem works great? Does anyone do third part repairs of these devices as we are well out of the warranty period?
