MAX Transit Duo lost its settings

Hi,

I have a demo unit, a MAX Transit Duo, running on firmware 8.0.2.
Recently I had this unit at a customer for evaluation.
Two times during a period av three days the unit spontaneously lost all custom settings and went back to factory settings. The reset button had not been used.

Does anyone know what may cause this behaviour?

What did the IC2 logs show for the period in question when the settings were lost?

Hi Martin,

The customer has their own APN and the mobilenetwork has no Internet connection in this case. Therefore there are no IC2 logs to analyze.
