Max HD2 Mini LTE E-T Failure! Red status leds stay up at boot

Hi.

I got the unit 2931-7882-5095 Max HD2 Mini LTE E-T!

This unit doesn’t start normally and I got the led status always red.

I tried a reset but nothing happend, the leds stay lighted and fix, no changement of the status.

Someone got an idea?

It sounds like this device will need to be replaced, please contact your reseller you purchased it from.
