Max HD2 cellular connection issue

Good morning all,

I have a max hd2 that is having trouble connecting when using the cellular ports. Says they are connected but when going to the browser says no internet. When I reboot, sometimes I get internet for a few min then disappears. I updated the firmware to 7.1.0 still having the same issue. All the APN are correct.

When I swap to my satellite data WAN port works no problem. Looking for assistance. All cellular carriers say there end is working fine.

Hello Jon,

Are you able to confirm the SIMs work on another device. This can be another router, phone, etc. Also, what is your signal looking like, specifically the RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR?
