MAX HD2 4G problem

Hi there,

i am at the Hong Kong to testing the MAX HD2 and i using (THREE) 4G sim are not working due to can’t get the ip address, however i change to using Smartone 4G sim there are no problem at all, i need to find out that where the problem is?

  1. Can you share what is the service provider for these 3 Sim cards?

  2. Can you share cellular signal info below for 3 Sim cards?

Hi TK Liew,

  1. The service provider name is THREE, not 3 sim cards, but i using another provider Smartone sim can work.
  2. i can’t show the signal right now since the MAX HD2 is sent to the customer for POC right now, but i can confirm that the signal is in a good range.

The problem may due to signal strength and noise level there. Please open ticket for us to check further when the unit is ready.
