I recently got an external TP link router and when connecting the Max BR1 to the router I do not get an IP address assigned. It’s stuck on connecting.
The current IP setting is set to DHCP and on the router Dynamic.
Looks basically OK. One thing to check is is to ensure the subnet of your Peplink router is different than the subnet of the TP Link. There are a couple of changes you may want to make later but if there is no subnet overlap it should connect.
Do you get an IP assigned when you connect your laptop to the TP-Link?
