Max BR1 Pro 5G - Cellular WAN Problem

Hello,
We want to connect Peplink to our 5G SA cellular network but it can not obtain IP address. We checked network side packets and logs (RRC/NAS level), PDU session established and assigned IP sent to Peplink.

We can not investigate this specific problem in Peplink side. There is no log about this level (general cellular logs or maybe DHCP) and we can not trace (capture packet) uplink and downlink data from Peplink.

How we can solve this problem?

Have you tested the SIM CARD on a cell phone? Is that correct?!

Yes, cell phone can obtain address and makes data. Peplink can optain IP approximately in one in a hundred attempts.
